Last updated on JANUARY 04, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Forms - Version to [Release 11g]
Oracle Reports Developer - Version to [Release 11g]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Compiling a form/report on Unix/Linux (32 or 64-bit) or Windows 64-bit platforms with Forms (11gR1 versions) and 11.1.2 (11gR2) connected to RDBMS fails with following errors:

PL/SQL ERROR 801 at line 1, column 1
internal error [phd_get_defn:DI_U_NAM RHS]
PL/SQL ERROR 908 at line 1, column 1
The stored format of SCOTT.PKG_DUMMY is not supported by this release

This happens when forms calls a stored program unit from a package which in turn calls another stored program unit from another package.
