Upgrading from 11g ( to 11gPS1 ( - BPEL process failing to load with a fault (Doc ID 1059635.1)

When you are upgrading from BPEL 11g ( to 11gPS1 ( it will happens that getVariableData will fault when it returns zero or more than a single node, for example :
