Upgrading from 11g (11.1.1.10) to 11gPS1 (11.1.1.2.0) - BPEL process failing to load with a fault (Doc ID 1059635.1)

Symptoms

When you are upgrading from BPEL 11g (11.1.1.10) to 11gPS1 (11.1.1.2.0) it will happens that getVariableData will fault when it returns zero or more than a single node, for example :
('Variable_1','payload','/ns2:Anomalie/ns2:CodeAnomalie')

The fault looks like :
