WEBCENTER SPACES EMAIL - REPLY AND REPLY ALL DOES NOT POPULATE TO FIELD

Symptoms
When selecting reply when reading emails in Spaces the "To" field is not populated. It is left blank.
When selecting reply all when reading emails in spaces the "To" field is populated with all email addresses that were originally in the to field, but does not include the person that sent the email. So the original person that you would expect to be in the email is not there. Also the cc fields get populated with anyone that was cc'd originally too.
This is seen when WebCenter Spaces is integrated with an Exchange 2007 email server.
