Config Manger allows fields as memo only. Can't create Text and BigText (Doc ID 1059892.1)

Symptoms


Not able to use user admin and Configuration Manger applets properly because the "Update Database Design" button is not working.  The Configuration Manger allows the fields only as a Memo. If all the fields are changes to Memo, the user can use the "Update Database Design" button but the field will take up more memory than Text
