From WebLogic Server 12.1.2.0 and above, WebLogic Server default is a per domain model.
The script to create Node Manager as Service (installNodeMgrSvc.cmd) is now located in DOMAIN_HOME\bin.
Note that this script already has the listen address and port already set accordingly.
