Symptoms

On : 10.1.2.3.0 version,

Application of patch using opatch causes the following error:

ERROR

*** Error code 1

OPatch found the word "fatal" in stderr, please look into it.
You may have to run the make again.
Stderr Output (from /u01/app/oracle/FRS10g_R2/.patch_storage/7657794/make_local.stderr):
/u01/app/oracle/FRS10g_R2/bin/genshlib: ar: not found
