After using the SOA ASControl to change connection pool parameters (e.g. "max_connections" or some of the timeout-parameters), the connection to the database fails and the database account is locked. The "invalid username password" and "the account is locked" errors are found in the SOA log file.

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-28000: the account is locked
