Invalid Username/Password When Editing Datasource Which Has Encrypted/Indirect Password (Doc ID 1062835.1)

Symptoms

After using the SOA 10.1.3.4 ASControl to change connection pool parameters (e.g. "max_connections" or some of the timeout-parameters), the connection to the database fails and the database account is locked. The "invalid username password" and "the account is locked" errors are found in the SOA log file.
