No More Data To Read From Socket and ORA-7445 on kkeCombineBindPredSel When Connecting with JDBC

JDBC thin connection from J2EE application  fails with:

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: No more data to read from socket

Database 11 1.0.7 trace shows the following error when the issue occurs:
