Symptoms
DBMS_LDAP on Oracle Database (any version) for OID, may return "network access denied by ACL" errors.
Other possible symptoms:
---ORA-31204: DBMS_LDAP: PL/SQL - Invalid LDAP Session.
Error ERR-1082 Error in executing authorization scheme code.
Or
---ERROR at line 1:
ORA-24247: network access denied by access control list (ACL)
Or while upgrading the Database:
