'Connection Timed Out' Signaled when Using the ODI Tool Called OdiSFTP for FTP Exchange (Doc ID 1063722.1)

Symptoms


When running the Oracle Data Integrator(ODI) tool called OdiSftpGet that is used for exchanging files using the FTP protocol, the procedure fails with following message :


This ODI Procedure was running fine until the IP Address of the Target Server (Server to which the files are imported into from the FTP server) was changed. The change in the IP address is due to the change in
location of the server.

Changes

Changed the IP address of the ODI Server.
