"JCR error connecting to content repository" error in Webcenter (Doc ID 1065386.1)

Symptoms

When viewing a page containing document from UCM in Webcenter, user see the following error:

JCR error connecting to content repository


In the log file, the following is reported:

Message JCR error connecting to content repository
