Symptoms

After Upgrading the SOA Suite / BPEL to 10.1.3.5 from the content server Adding a New Bpel process results in the following error:

Steps to create a new process are : Administration - Oracle BPEL Administration - Process Configuration - Add New process <connection name>

This issue is not seen with  SOA Suite / BPEL 10.1.3.1

Changes

This issue comes up only after upgrading the SOA Suite / BPEL to the latest 10.1.3.5.1 version.
