Consider the following scenario: Create a new user in trusted source like eDirectory and run the trusted source eDirectory Recon to create users in OIM. Also provision (direct provision or via access policy) resources like AD and OID to the user created in OIM via eDirectory trusted Recon. Update an existing user in eDirectory and run the trusted Directory recon. The OIM user profile is not changed with the new update but same update is made in the targets like AD and OID.
