OracleTextSearch Database's PGA Size Grows Uncontrollably (Doc ID 1065852.1)

PGA Memory allocation of the 11g Database used to serve UCM's OracleTextSearch component is growing uncontrollably into the Gigabyte range. Sample memory allocations from a database suffering this problem illustrate the potential extent of the issue:
