Symptoms

WebLogic Portal is configured with a fronting Apache web server.

When you are using <portlet:actionURL> tag with secure=true, you may observe that the generated https URL is pointing to the SSL port of WebLogic admin server. The expected behavior is that it should point to the SSL port of Apache web server, since all the requests to the WebLogic server are routed via Apache web server.
