Identity Server Crashed on First Access After Browser Based Configuration (Doc ID 1066850.1)

Symptoms

Brand new installation with no issue observed during Identity Server or Webpass install. Browser based configuration completed as well. During first access however, after attempting a login, Identity Server crashed.


If you investigate the Identity Server oblog with TRACE to LDAP turned on, you will find the following:
