REP-613 when Inputting Date using Reports Parameter Form (Doc ID 1067401.6)

Goal

 

The date stored at the database level as default is 'DD-MON-YY'.

You set the environment variable NLS_DATE_FORMAT to 'MM/DD/YYYY' at Reports level

In SQL*Plus, date columns shows as having the format 'MM/DD/YYYY'. However,

in Reports, if you have a user parameter(Datatype=Date) with the input entered

in the format of 'MM/DD/YYYY', you get the following error:

REP-00613 - Value does not match mask 'DD-MON-YY'.
