Symptoms

Using Content Server 10gR3 with Content Tracker:

When opening the Content Tracker Data Engine Control Center, an error is raised because Content Tracker cannot find the directory c:\oracle\ucm\server\custom\...


Note: The error points to the C drive even if you are running Content Server on Unix/Linux.



Error Message:

Could not start Content Tracker Data Engine Control. Service initialization error:
csSctLogErrUnexExceptionCalling(SCT_INIT_SERVICE,intradoc.common.ServiceException:
Could not initialize Content Tracker environment. Could not access Content Tracker directory.
Error: directory c:/oracle/ucm/server/custom/ContentTracker does not exist.
