Symptoms

When attempting to commit a batch in Capture to Content Server using the UCM Commit profile, the following error is encountered:

Error: 40008
The following error occurred while attempting to commit the batch:
[Commit Profile - UCM on scs: The following error was reported by ReleaseDocument. Error Number: 20004 Error Description: Unable to execute service CHECKIN_UNIVERSAL and function validateStandard.
