OSR WEB PAGE DOES NOT DISPLAY CORRECTLY (Doc ID 1068039.1)

Goal

After finishing an installation of Oracle Service Registry, the main OSR console web page does not show its icons and its links appear to be broken.  An example of the console URL is: http://localhost:7777/registry/uddi/bsc/web
The issue is that a blank space was added after entering the host name during the portion of the install that called for that information.  This places the ASCII value for a blank space ( ) between the domain and the colon in the url.

It is easy enough to fix the file system files, but the real question is whether there are any URLs in the database that need to be fixed as well?
Does this need to be fixed manually or is there a utility where the server name can be updated (without the white space)?
