Content Server Log Files Are Filling Up With "Connection Reset" Errors

The log file records dozens of entries every few minutes and over the course of the day the logs grow to be very large.
The request headers parsed from the request are:
Network message format error. Unable to parse browser environment or content item. Connection reset java.net.SocketException: Connection reset [ Details ]
