Symptoms
The Oracle Application Express Installation Guide Release 3.2 Part Number E13366-03 provides instructions for 10.1.2.x or 10.1.3.x. However, the instructions and the commands for starting/stopping the OHS are not correct for the FMW11g the Oracle HTTP Server.
(NOTE : This issue has not been corrected in the documentation for the newer APEX version as this date.)
