Symptoms
'jpfScopeId' does not seem to work correctly for Ajax requests when the WebLogic Portal Upgrade is done from WebLogic Portal (WLP) 8.1 to WLP 10.3. 'jpfScopeId' parameter was passed with a value as below as evaluated in a jsp page:
