Symptoms

Running ICManager.bat or ICManager.sh you see duplicate entries for Interconnect Adapters.

Changes

You have recently suffered an outage or had to kill of some Interconnect processes, either repository or adapters.

You have recently restarted all Interconnect processes sucessfully.
