Symptoms
In 11.1.1.1.0 EM console, while process status is still running or stale
Click on the Fusion Middleware -> SOA -> soa-infra -> Assign will display following message on the EM console.
Click on the Assign instance -> Instance Id.
When Flow Trace > Instance of Assign > Flow tab is selected following error message is displayed:
Flow diagram is not displayed.
