Applies to:
Oracle SQL Developer - Version 1.5 to 1.5.4.59.40Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Using SQL*Developer 2.1 SQL*Server tables are not migrated successfully if they use a restricted word as a column name, for example 'BY' .
The columns with restricted names should be renamed with an underscore when converted to the Oracle Model - 'BY_'.
The tables can be captured successfully but do not show in the converted model and no errors are reported.
