BPEL10.1.3.5.0 Setting AUDITLEVEL Property In BPEL Console Does Not Work As Expected

In BPEL console of BPEL version 10.1.3.5 with or without MLR#1, if you notice the following behavior on setting the AUDITLEVEL property in the "Configuration" tab as stated below:
development -> Correctly logs all audit events and all audit details.
off -> Correctly logs nothing.
production -> Incorrectly logs all audit events and all audit details, i.e. same as development setting. Expected behavior is, BPEL PM should log all events and details unless it is an assign activity then no details are logged.
minimal -> Incorrectly logs all audit events and all audit details, i.e. same as development setting. Expected behavior is, BPEL PM should log all events and no audit details are logged.
