Symptoms
The following is observed on Windows Server 2008.
tmshutdown -k KILL -i (id) does not stop the server process on Windows 2008.
When -k TERM (SIGTERM ) is issued, then also it is not stopped. The following error is logged in the ULOG:
092024.TuxMachineName!tmshutdown.xxx.3948.-2: 01-22-2010: Tuxedo Version 10.3.0.0 with VS2005, 32-bit
092024.TuxMachineName!tmshutdown.xxx.3948.-2: CMDTUX_CAT:4475: INFO: SRVID = 705 SRVGRP = A_FTLA SIGTERM send failed (tperrno = 7)
This works well on Windows 2003 and Windows XP.
