Issues Creating New Workspace with Workspace Client when Setting New WorkspaceTemplate As Default Caused By Apostrophe (Doc ID 1078287.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to set a new workspace template as default.
The beectl command succeeds, however, users are unable to create a new workspace. The web-based Workspaces client shows "Default Template", but there is no way to select "Change Template" or create a workspace with this setting.

Changing the default to another team workspace template seems to resolve the issue.
