DB ADAPTER FAILED TO POLL DATA FROM MS SQL SERVER AFTER PATCH SERVER TO 10.1.3.4 MLR#9 (Doc ID 1079035.1)

Symptoms

After patch the system to 10.1.3.4 MLR#9 from MLR#7, BPEL DB Adapter failed to poll data from MS SQL server.

There is no any change for the BPEL process.
In the log there is the following error:
com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Invalid column name 'SYSDATE'.Error Code: 207
