Capture Import Server Error Message: "***Error*** No 'Print' association found for the file" (Doc ID 1079453.1)

Import Server fails to process PDF files.  The Import Server log shows the following error message:

***Error*** No 'Print' association found for the file [Path/File.pdf]. The file will not be processed.
03/22/10 12:40:35 1116 No pages were added to the new batch. This batch will be removed.
03/22/10 12:40:35 1310 ***Error*** Error occurred during batch importing, import item Path\file\Batch #1 did not import. Provider: Folder / List File Provider Job: PDF 

Attempting to print a PDF through Windows Explorer resulted in the same message when right-clicking the file and selecting print.


FoxIt Reader is being used as the default application for PDF files (instead of the normal Adobe Reader).
