WebCenter Analytics Reports Are Sorted Alphabetically By Name Rather Than by Number of Hits (Doc ID 1079516.1)

Symptoms

Certain Webcenter Analytics reports have changed such that sorting is displayed alphabetically rather than by number of hits. This knowledge article provides more information on four reports where this behavior occurs, and includes their respective bug numbers.

1. Community Metrics - When choosing Pie/Bar graph type and selecting specific communities, the report is sorted alphabetically instead of by hits. See bug 10056179 for replication details.

2. Portlet Metrics - When choosing Pie/Bar graph type and selecting specific portlets, the report is sorted alphabetically instead of by hits. See bug 10056227 for replication details.

3. Other Metrics - Documents report ranks documents alphabetically by name rather than by the total number of hits. This behavior occurs when specifying an individual WebCenter Interaction knowledge directory folder for the report. See bug 7826419 for replication details.
