WLI application upgraded from WLI 8.1 to WLI 10.3 cannot insert BLOB using JDBC control. This had worked earlier in WLI 8.1 sp5.
1. If java.sql.Blob or String is passed as argument to JDBC control, SQL statement doesn't work i.e no entries in DB.
2. If byte array is passed as argument to JDBC control, entry is made in DB but BLOB column is 'null'.
