Symptoms

When starting an application on JDeveloper 11g error messages like the following ones are displayed and the application cannot be run:

**** HTTP port conflict detected. The HTTP port will be reassigned to port 7102.
"C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\JDeveloper\system11.1.1.2.36.55.36\DefaultDomain\bin\startWebLogic.cmd"
[waiting for the server to complete its initialization...]
