Symptoms

The fax service fails to load on a service restart.

On startup, you see the following errors:

IPM Service Manger:

Fax hardware abstraction layer: is not loaded. Unable to send/receive fax.
Error loading HW DLL: BTFAX1034.DLL. Fax Server: 2
