WYSIWYG Editor Rewrites Relative URLs as Absolute URLs Causing Broken Links (Doc ID 1081910.1)

Symptoms

WYSIWYG editor rewrites relative URLs as absolute URLs. The relative URL of the image in the Link Properties window are prepended with the URL of the WYSIWYG editor and rewritten as an absolute URL. For instance if you configure Link Properties window with the URL '${page:accounts_page})' and press OK, the WYSIWYG editor rewrites the URL as 'http://localhost:<PORT>/testAdmin/wlp/pinEdit/editor/${page:accounts_page}) '
