ADF Applications are only Deployable on the AdminServer of a WebLogic Server Domain

ADF applications can only be successfully deployed to the Administration Server server of a ADF-Extended domain that contains multiple servers. Trying to deploy the ADF application to a managed server of the same domain fails.


You have developed an ADF 11g application , including ADF security.
This application runs correctly in the Integrated WebLogic Server, when run from JDeveloper itself.
It also works in your Standalone WebLogic Server (Admin Server), that you extended for ADF.

However, it fails when it's deployed in your Managed WebLogic Server.
Checking the access.log file, it seems that the application loops:
