Symptoms
After upgrading from 10.1.3.3 MLR#17 to 10.1.3.5, our business processes which are triggered by consuming messages from JMS queues are not working properly. After the SOA Suite is restarted, these processes do not start consumption until we OFF/ON or RETIRE/ACTIVE in the BPEL console.
