Symptoms

On : SOA 10.1.3.4.0 on Weblogic 9.2

After a new BPEL process is deployed, we can see the bpel process in BPEL console, but not in the ESB console. Noticed this problem after WebLogic server was configured to use SSL(one way SSL).

Found the following error in the log file

SEVERE: WSDL Parsing Failed: [Security:090497]HANDSHAKE_FAILURE alert received from <HOST> - <IP>. Check both sides of the SSL configuration for mismatches in supported ciphers, supported protocol versions, trusted CAs, and hostname verification settings.
SEVERE: Creations of services failed due to console error :
WSDL "<WSDL URL>" of service "<SERVICE>" is invalid or unaccessible. Following error is thrown by WSDL Parser : WSDL Parsing Failed: [Security:090497]HANDSHAKE_FAILURE alert received from fvobctesb2.bctc.local - <IP>. Check both sides of the SSL configuration for mismatches in supported ciphers, supported protocol versions, trusted CAs, and hostname verification settings.
Ensure that the WSDL is accessible and valid. If the problem persists, Contact Oracle Support.
