Goal
How to refer custom URL Template for <netui:form> as we refer in <render:pageUrl>, <netui:anchor>.
New <url-template> is configured in beehive-template-url-config.xml which will use https protocol. The <netui:form> uses default template and there is no option to mention the custom template attribute as we can for <render:pageUrl>, <netui:anchor>.
