Symptoms

A idocscript call to parseDate may fail when a checkin occurs from CheckOutAndOpenInNative component in 7.5.x versions of UCM. 

Enabling verbose "system" tracing in the System Audit Information shows the following PatternMismatch error when the derived value idocscript is evaluated.

system 04.07 14:55:50.493 IdcServerThread-304717 parseDateEx(4/7/10 2:55 PM) -> Offset 0 '{ts' ''yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss{.SSS}[Z]'''}' PatternMismatch separator. Failed to find text '{ts' in its proper location.
