Announcement Linked to Lists Doesn't Display the Item Name (Doc ID 1083629.1)

Goal

In WebCenter 11g Spaces, when linking an item in the list to an announcement, the Announcement will show the list name but not the item name when we link it.

Below are the steps to reproduce it at will:

1. Create a group space using the 'Group Project' template.
2. On the 'Lists' page, Create a new list and a added a new item row.
3. On the 'Home' page, create a new announcement linked to the item above.

But when clicking the link in the list should link it to Link item created in above step, but it displays as List itself and not the list item which it is being linked to and navigated to the list item and not the List name.
