Not Able To See Page Creation Dialog In Some Group Spaces (Doc ID 1084080.1)

Symptoms

After logging into Oracle Webcenter Spaces as admin user and in some Group Spaces, for creating a new page, clicking on "Page actions"--> "Create Page" option, the page creation dialog/pop up is not shown (i.e, the pop up which displays after clicking on "Create Page", with Page Name, Scheme, Scheme Background Color, Style details is not seen). The page is created anyway with "New Page" or similar.

The issue can be specific to some Group Spaces, while other Group Spaces display this pop up properly, when creating a new page.

The following issue can be seen from space.xml file, when you Export the Group Space:-

The instantCreate="true" means that the page creation dialog will not be launched, eg, it will use the page defaults. If you turn it off, it will not use any defaults and the display page creation dialog is prompted for details.
