User Roles not Showing on a Clustering WebCenter Environment

Symptoms
In a WebCenter environment where there are two managed servers for WLS_Spaces on two separated servers, users that are added with the Administrator (or any other) role are not listed in both nodes. In other words, if youlogin to WebCenter and go to WebCenter Administrator --> Security --> Role and UserA is added as Administrator from Server1, then UserA will not be listed in Server2 as Administrator.
