Interconnect Stops Processing Messages

Interconnect stops processing messages.
The adapter log files does not show any errors but ping using ICManager shows that the adapter
is in suspended state. There are multiple messages in the oai_hub_queue which are not moving out.
No messages are coming in, no messages are going out.
