Folio Element Info and Source Items Are Not Populated In Trays View (Doc ID 1085813.1)

Symptoms

When the user's profile is set to use the Trays layout, the Element Info and Source Items panes are not populated when editing or viewing a Folio.

The problem may only occur in some browsers and then only certain versions, for example Internet Explorer 7 but not Internet Explorer 8 in Compatibility mode.
