Document List Viewer Column Widths Cannot Be Changed (Doc ID 1086305.1)

Symptoms

It is not possible to resize the Description column on the Document List Viewer.
The vertical separation bar can be dragged to a different position, but always resets itself back to the original position.

These are the steps to reproduce the issue:
+ Add the  Document List Viewer component  to a page.
This will be  empty to begin with.
+ Add the  Document Manager component .
+ Upload some files using this Document Manager, each with a description.
+ Go back to the Document List Viewer. Select View menu -> Columns -> Select 'Name' and 'Description'.
+ Try to resize the Description field by dragging and dropping the left most edge of the column header. This does not work. It seems to move, but then always resets to the original sizing.
