LDAP and Users With Reset Passwords

When we reset a user's password, they are supposed to be forced to change their password the next time they log in. This isn't happening. LDAP does return a result code of 5 (Unwilling to Perform) and an Error message of "Password was reset and must be changed." Is it possible to redirect the user to our password reset page?
