After Upgrade of OID DB to 10.2.0.4 (or 10.2.0.3), OID 10g is Not Returning the Attributes for All Users When Queried (Doc ID 1087626.1)

Symptoms

Search  OID with a particular attribute, it returns back the value only for few users, even though the attribute exists for all the users.

Example of search:
ldapsearch -h OIDhost -p OIDport -D cn=orcladmin -w PASSWORD -b "cn=users,dc=company,dc=com" '(&(!(orclisenabled=DISABLED))(objectclass=person))' employeenumber


Tracing OID at level 1 returns an error similar to:

09:25:31 * gsldValidteEntry:missingEdn eid=2845,scp=2,nRows=100,basedn=cn=users,dc=company,fltr=(&(!(orclisenabled=disabled))(objectclass=person))

Changes

Database was upgraded to 10.2.0.4
