Goal

The Content Server and the IBR, Inbound Refinery are configured to convert certain file types using PDF Converter, Tiff Converter, etc. There may be a requirement that when an individual file of that type is checked in, it's desired not to convert that file.

This may be due, among other reasons, to knowing in advanced that the file won't be converted correctly or that it's preferable to leave the web viewable file as the original file type for that particular content item.
